It has no other ingredients in it except coconut oil and ginger root. No additional scents. This is Coconut & Ginger Root Cream in a 1 ounce container. The coconut oil in it makes it heat sensitive. If it melts put it in the refrigerator and it will get back solid. It does not need to stay in the refrigerator. It only needs to be refrigerated to regain it's solid state.
